The portal can be used by employees of companies that outsource payroll to us, or you can request this service separately for your company.
The portal allows you to view or download pay slips for any period.
How To Use The Portal
- Configure the interface with your payroll software and assign administrator rights to a designated employee.
- No manual employee account setup is needed: the data imports automatically during installation. Whenever your workforce changes, the system updates seamlessly.
- The employees will receive e-mail invitations for the first-time login. Registration only requires the username and password from the e-mail. No payroll software licenses will be required for employees.
- The administrator can upload pay slips to the portal directly from the payroll software interface.
- Once the pay slip is published on the portal, the employee will receive an e-mail notification and may proceed to view it.
- The pay slips can be viewed and downloaded. Use filters by date to quickly find what you need.
